This course is broken up into five parts: Intro- Understanding Allergies Part I: Preparing the Temple – A Pure Foundation Part II: Healing the Body – Food & Herbs Part III: Creating Nourishing Surroundings – Air & Skin Part IV: Soothing & Strengthening the Mind – Cultivating Resilience This course was designed to help you restore your natural vitality and radiance. It is intended not just to improve or eliminate seasonal and year-long allergies but to assist you in achieving vibrant, holistic health. As you move through each Module, two sections work together: 1) the educational component of the course 2) the personalized, customized exploration in the workbook. Throughout the course and workbook, you will find nourishing practices, recipes, and ideas for self-care that soothe your body, mind, and spirit. I invite you to treat yourself with loving kindness and care as you move through the course and explore the ideas and practices presented. Your body wants to heal; it knows the way. You will see and feel the difference when you nourish your body with whole, living foods and care for your spirit with love and respect. You have the power to heal by boosting your immune system and creating a life free from allergies. As you follow this course, you will learn to listen to your body and determine the path to health that works best for you. I am honored to be a part of your health journey.
